One on One interview with host Elsie Godwin

During my Plustvafrica One On One health chat with the lovely host Elsie Godwin, we discussed how social media may potentially be harming your mental health.

This was a finding in one study from researchers from the University of Pittsburgh Center for Research on Media, Technology, and Health.

Other studies have associated excessive social media use with depression and feelings of isolation especially in young adults.
